Job Title:QA Analyst

Location: Austin, Texas (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong verbal and written skills in communicating with peers and different levels of users.
• Strong background in developing test suites in UFT or similar tools.
• Skilled with database query languages (SQL, PL/SQL).

Preferred Skills:

• Skilled in developing Requirements Traceability Matrices.
• Skilled in developing and executing Test Scripts.
• Skilled in developing Test Plans and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience with general IT SDLC processes.
• Experience using JIRA for managing project/sprint tasks.
• Experience working in an Agile SDLC environment.
• Experience using JIRA to track work assignments.
• Experience working on projects utilizing Agile project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test suites using UFT or similar tools.
• Write and execute database queries using SQL/PLSQL for validation and testing purposes.
• Develop and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrices to ensure full coverage of business requirements.
• Create, execute, and manage test scripts to validate system functionality and performance.
• Develop test plans and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to define testing scope and strategy within the Agile framework.
• Use JIRA to track work assignments, manage test cases, and document defects.
• Ensure compliance with IT SDLC processes and Agile project management methodologies.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Provide clear and concise documentation of test results, defects, and testing progress.
